Anyone can create a page and begin creating a fan base at any time. This site not only contains fairly known artists, but also obscure and otherwise unknown indie bands. It’s a great way for exposure. A few years ago, my cousin had started a band in California. He and a few friends created a page on this site, which publicized their music. This page allowed them to do many more shows than they could have imagined in their city.
